1. About Us

Maison Management ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") operates as a talent and creator management organisation.

These Terms of Service apply to Maison Management and all associated subsidiaries, limited companies, holding

companies, and affiliated entities operating under or alongside the Maison Management brand, regardless of their

individual incorporation status.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Maison Management's services in any capacity - whether as a creator, client, or partner - you agree to

be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Eligibility

Our services are strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and over. By engaging with us, you confirm that you are

at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate any engagement where this requirement is not met.

4. Scope of Services

Maison Management provides the following services:

• OnlyFans account management - content scheduling, audience engagement, and account growth strategy

• Social media marketing - management and growth of social media platforms and profiles

• Personal brand development - strategic guidance on public image, content direction, and brand identity

Our services are intended to be used solely for the purposes described above.

5. What We Do Not Provide

To avoid any misunderstanding, the following is explicitly outside the scope of Maison Management's services:

• Financial services - We do not provide financial advice, investment guidance, or any regulated financial

services. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial

regulatory body.

• Therapeutic or counselling services - We are not licensed therapists, counsellors, or mental health

professionals. Nothing communicated by Maison Management should be interpreted as therapeutic advice or

support.

• Legal or tax advice - We are not responsible for ensuring that creators are compliant with HMRC tax

obligations or any other legal requirements. Creators are solely responsible for their own tax affairs and are

strongly encouraged to consult a qualified accountant or legal professional.

6. Creator Relationships

Creators engaged with Maison Management are not bound by any fixed-term contract unless a separate written

agreement explicitly states otherwise. Engagements are flexible and either party may end the working relationship with

reasonable notice.

7. Payments & Revenue Splits

All revenue share arrangements and percentage splits are agreed between Maison Management and the creator prior to

commencement of services. These payments must be made in full and on time on the agreed payment date. Failure to

comply with agreed payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Ownership of Content & Accounts

Maison Management does not claim ownership of any content created by, or accounts belonging to, our creators. All

intellectual property, content, and platform accounts remain the sole property of the creator. Our role is strictly

managerial and supportive.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal data and account information is handled in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection

Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are committed to storing all data securely and will never

sell or share creator data with unauthorised third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and professionally. Our process is as follows:

1. Internal Resolution - All disputes will first be handled internally. We will make every reasonable effort to

reach a fair and mutually agreeable solution.

2. Third-Party Assistance - In the event that an internal resolution cannot be reached, Maison Management

reserves the right to engage a third-party mediation or arbitration service to assist in resolving the matter.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Management shall not be liable for:

• Any physical, psychological, or emotional injury sustained by a creator in the course of their work

• Any financial penalties, tax liabilities, or legal consequences arising from a creator's failure to meet their

personal obligations

• Any loss of earnings, platform suspensions, or reputational damage outside of our direct control

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Creators and clients will be notified of material

changes. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes not resolved through our internal

or third-party process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
